Postcard Design Services

Here you can order a Just Listed, Just Sold, Small Business, Corporate, Recruiting or Farming POSTCARD and get it FAST!

Please note, Delray Computer MAKES postcards and postcard files; we do not actually print postcards. You MUST choose a printing company to actually print the cards for you PRIOR to placing an order with Delray Computer... Depending on what company you choose, you may incur a one time setup fee by that company. Our setup fee is $10. We are not affiliated with ANY printing companies and do not offer printing services.

Sit back and relax while Delray Computer makes you a jumbo postcard (9 x 6) with color front and back, or a small postcard (6.1 x 4.75), give you a proof to see, then once you approve it send it off to printing. You can have postcards to you in as little as 24 hours! If you approve the design before 12pm EST, you could have the postcards as soon as 9am the next day (USA only). Depending on which company you choose to print the cards you will have to order a minimum quantity. Usually the minimum for small cards is around 190, and the minimum for Jumbo cards is 100. An effective postcard sent to the right neighborhood can bring you immediate results. We have made many different types of cards including just listed cards, just sold cards, looking for a buyer/seller postcards, and even monthly postcards just as reminders that you are there! POSTCARDS WORK. You WILL get results if you farm neighborhoods with postcards and/or newsletters. Delray Computer makes both, and ONE'S THAT GET RESULTS. People respond to our postcards, We have seen the results- first hand. We do work for Realtors and see every day the positive response postcards get. Why not find out for yourself? We are a one-stop shop for design and delivery of postcards, door hangers, calendars, business cards and other mailings. You send us the information, pictures, logos, etc. that you want on the card. We make the card and email or fax you a proof, usually within 24-48 hours. We revise card to your exact specifications, and upon final approval you will need to choose one of the following three fulfillment options below:

1. We send you via email the final output files for printing and you can order or print postcards yourself. We can provide you any of the following output formats: pdf, tif, jpg, png, prn, pm7, indd, svg, xml, eps, psd, psb, pcx, pdp, raw, pct, pict, pxr, sct, tga, and many others.

2. We can order postcards for you. Once they arrive you would need to add labels and stamps. The postcards will usually be delivered next day, free to any business address in the Continental US, Hawaii and Alaska.

3. We can order postcards for you and have them delivered automatically. For postcards delivered addressed we can order postcards for you and they will be delivered to addresses from a list you provide or from a list of streets based on a zip code. We accept numerous address files including Excel, Word, Palm Desktop, Outlook, Outlook Express, xls, dba, mdb, dbf, txt, doc, rtf, db, asc, xml, xlt, txt, csv, wk1, wk3, wk4, dbf, prn, dif, slk, htm, html and many others.

Regardless of the method you choose, you will get an exact replication of the proof we sent you put to a postcard. Postcards are also available Laminated at no additional cost, which means the postcard has a plastic layer on the front and the back that gives it a shiny/glossy appearance and looks dynamite!! Non-laminated cards can be ran through a postage meter, printer, etc.

Using methods #1 & #2 you will receive a confirmation card free. Using method #3 you will need to pay $1.00 extra for a confirmation card.

We can also take floorplans and make them into files for use in postcards, brochures, and for use on web pages.

Set-up Fee

We do not have any setup fees. Postcards include design, proofs via email or fax, 2 free revisions, and ordering. All services are rendered on a first come first serve basis, with a usual turnaround time of 3 days or less (sometimes 24 hours).

Design Process

Gathering Content

Photos and text comprise the majority of the space on a postcard. You can use any given layout or template you choose, or have us design a design for you. We can make custom graphics based on layouts you provide, whether they be simple drawings, or complicated art work. We also can provide free of charge clip art, stock photos, and more.

Creating Text

Delray Computer offers professional writing and publishing services for all of your postcard needs. With experience writing copy for newspaper ads, newsletters, Internet web sites, postcards, brochures, scripts, and television docudramas, we can easily create a well thought out design with accurately edited content.

Creating Graphics

Utilizing various graphic software to create original images, we have the ability to create designs for use in your postcard. We offer vector or bitmap graphic creation as well as high-resolution print design.

Assembling postcard

Once the materials have been gathered the actual production process takes place. We use only licensed registered software by Adobe, Macromedia, and others. Some of the software titles include Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and others. The end result is a professional looking design catered to your individual needs.

Estimated time of completion:

Postcards: these usually take 2 hours for the first card and about 1 hour per card thereafter. The first card takes longer due to the fact that a layout with your specific information does not exist yet.

Sending Proof(s)

The production process includes the first proof at no charge. For each additional proof there is no extra charge, but we bill for the time it takes to perform the revision, see below. Proofs are usually sent in the form of emails, using the pdf file format so you can open in Adobe Acrobat, a free download from Adobe. We also offer proofs via fax, FedEx, UPS, DHL, or US Mail. Fax and Email proofs are free, the rest may incur a small additional shipping fee for each proof sent.

Revisions

We offer unlimited revisions until you are happy and fully satisfied with the final product. Revisions are billed at 15 minute increments, with a 15 minute minimum per revision. In other words, if the revision takes 5 minutes, we bill for 15 minutes. If a revision takes 25 minutes, we bill for 30 minutes.

Sending Final Files

Here at Delray Computer we have two choices to receive final output files from us:

Email (preferred method)
CD via US Mail, FedEx, DHL, UPS, or other carrier.

Shipping rates are not included.
