Email Stationery Design
How it Works
We can make you custom email stationery, with your picture, logos, designations, etc. all customized how ever you like!
We will email you the files you need and detailed instructions on how to install using Outlook or Outlook Express, Gmail, or other mail programs if available. It will load automatically when you create a new email message. You can also configure different custom options when installing it, or you can choose not to use it when you have someone you do not want to send the stationery to. Designs are $99.00 and include 2 free revisions.

Fulfillment Options
Once you have seen and approved the final file via the Internet, we send you via email attachment the final output files for installing on your computer. You can install the stationery on as many computers as you like and can use one stationery for one account, and a different stationery for another account if you prefer.
No Set-up or Revision Fees
Delray Computer has no setup fees. Whether we charge a flat rate and our fee includes design and a initial proof via email or fax. Revisions are FREE. All services are rendered on a first come first serve basis, with a usual turnaround time of 3 days or less (sometimes we can have files for you in as little as 24 hours).
Development
Photos, graphics and text comprise the majority of the space in email stationery. You can use any given layout or template you choose, or have us design a new layout for you. We can make custom graphics based on layouts you provide, whether they be simple drawings, or complicated art work. We also can provide free of charge clip art, stock photos, and more.
Utilizing various graphic software to create original images, we have the ability to create designs for use in your stationery including vector or bitmap graphic design or optional animations.
Output Files
Once the materials have been gathered the actual production process takes place and we create your custom email stationery design. The end result- a professional looking design catered to your individual needs.
Here at Delray Computer we have two choices to receive final output files from us:
- Email (preferred method)
- CD or DVD via US Mail, FedEx, DHL, UPS, or other carrier (additional fee applies).
You will receive the final computer files and detailed instructions on how to install the email stationery in your email client.
